 The Schenectady County Substance Abuse Prevention Partnership's mission is to assure that every Schenectady County resident is free from harm due to alcohol, tobacco, and other substance use and abuse.

About the Partnership

The Schenectady County Substance Abuse Prevention Partnership was created with a grant from OASAS(NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services) and support from the Schenectady County Office of Community Services.

The CAPIT Program(Comprehensive Approaches to Prevention, Intervention, and Training) manages the Schenectady County Prevention Partnership.

The Partnership works to enhance and coordinate effective substance abuse prevention programs through Schenectady County.
